Sud (Cold Case dvd) and Mikkel Bondesen (Burn Notice 1-3 box set) will executive-produce the series, which stars Mireille Enos (Big Love on dvd) as the lead detective. Billy Campbell (Enough dvd set), Michelle Forbes (True Blood dvd), Joel Kinnaman (Snabba Cash) and Brent Sexton (W.) also star.

Other confirmed cast members include Billy Campbell (4400 dvd set) as city council president Darren Richmond, Michelle Forbes (True Blood seasons 1-3) as the victim's mother and Joel Kinnaman (Snabba Cash) as an ex-narc cop who joins the show to trap the killer.

Any show that AMC rolls out will obviously have big shoes to fill given the success of Mad Men dvd collection and Breaking Bad series 1-3, so it will likely be interesting to view how this one shapes up.
